Q: Do you deliver locally?

A: We deliver to areas within a reasonable distance from our store. Please allow 24-48 hours prior notice for most orders.
Additional Information: All of the arrangements on our website have been made by the designers at Island Orchard. These examples are to give an idea of design, style, colors used, etc. Flowers are seasonal; availability is subject to change. Most of our customers prefer to send a "Designer's Choice Arrangement" in the price range chosen. Arrangements start at 75 for simpler designs that can be picked up at the store. Most of our every day arrangements range between 100-200. Larger arrangements typically start at 250 and go up from there. We do have a minimum order of 75 for delivery before delivery fees and taxes. Local delivery fees range from 20-35 depending on the distance involved. Deliveries to Ka'upulehu (includes Four Seasons Hualalai, Kukio & Nanea) require a minimum order of 200, the delivery fee 50, plus Hawaii GE tax.

Q: I wish to inquire about an event. What is the first step I should take?

A: The first step would be to find out if the date of your event is available. Availability for events is extremely limited.

If the date is available, the next step is the completion and submission of the event questionnaire. The event questionnaire can be emailed to you after confirming there is availability for the date of your event.
The completed event questionnaire is a prerequisite to scheduling an appointment, providing quotes and additional information.
